Federal The Federal Minimum Wage for Contractors for Contracts Prior to 1/30/2022 posting and the Federal Contractor Minimum Wage for Contracts on or After 1/30/2022 posting have been updated with new minimum wage rates. MANDATORY
State Updated Posting Mandatory or Recommended
California The California Civil Rights Department has updated their Discrimination and Harassment notice. The updated notice reflects a new protected category. Employers are prohibited from discharging employees or refusing to hire individuals based on their off-duty use of cannabis. In addition, the updated notice reflects that employers must provide up to five days of leave following a reproductive loss event. The poster revision date is January 3, 2024. MANDATORY
Colorado Colorado has updated its Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance posting with changes to its Filing Claims and Job Protections sections. MANDATORY
The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies has updated their Discrimination in Employment notice. The updated notice reflects the removal of the six-month filing deadline for discriminatory employment on or before August 9, 2022. The poster revision date is December 29, 2023. MANDATORY
Connecticut On January 1, 2024, the Connecticut minimum wage was increased in accordance with CT Public Act 19-4. Connecticut has released a revised Administration Regulations Poster. The new notice includes an increase to the Connecticut Minimum Wage from $15.00 to $15.69 per hour. MANDATORY
District of Columbia The District of Columbia has updated its Child Labor Law posting with poster changes and reformatting and its Paid Family Leave posting in English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, French and Amharic with changes to its benefit rates. MANDATORY
Georgia The Georgia Department of Labor has updated their Employer Vacation notice. The updated notice reflects minor grammatical edits and reformatting. The poster revision date is January 11, 2024. MANDATORY
The Georgia Department of Labor has updated their Equal Pay for Equal Work notice. The updated notice reflects the new Georgia Commissioner of Labor, Bruce Thompson. The poster revision date is January 11, 2024. MANDATORY
The Georgia Department of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects new office locations where employees can file unemployment insurance claims. The poster revision date is January 11, 2024. MANDATORY
Illinois The Illinois Department of Labor has updated their “Your Rights Under Illinois Employment Laws” notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $14.00/hour for employers with 4 or more employees, $8.40 for tipped employees, and $12.00/hour for youths (under 18), effective January 1, 2024. The poster revision date is January 5, 2024. MANDATORY
The Illinois Department of Labor has released their Paid Leave for All Workers Act notice. A new law requires employers to provide employees with up to 40 hours of paid leave per year to be used for any reason. The poster revision date is January 5, 2024. MANDATORY
The State of Illinois Department of Labor has updated their Victims’ Economic Security and Safety Act (VESSA) notice. The updated notice allows employees to take up to two weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave from work to attend a funeral, arrange a funeral, or grieve if a family or household member is killed in a crime of violence. The poster revision date is January 5, 2024. MANDATORY
Illinois has updated its Your Rights Under Illinois Employment Laws posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate, the addition of paid leave and formatting changes, its Victims’ Economic Security and Safety Act posting in English and Spanish with changes to its Certification and Duration of Leave sections and added a Paid Leave for All posting in English and Spanish to its offering. MANDATORY
Indiana The Indiana Department of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice clarifies that employers pay for unemployment insurance and adds a TDD/TYY phone number for employees to contact for more information regarding unemployment insurance benefits. The poster revision date is February 6, 2024. MANDATORY
Iowa The Iowa Workforce Development has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects a new web address for filing unemployment insurance claims. The poster revision date is January 29, 2024. MANDATORY
Louisiana The Louisiana Workforce Commission has updated their Workers’ Compensation Fraud notice. The updated notice has been reformatted with new artwork. The poster revision date is January 17, 2024. MANDATORY
Massachusetts The Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Insurance has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects new information on how to apply for unemployment insurance benefits. The poster revision date is February 7, 2024 MANDATORY
  Nevada The Nevada Department of Business & Industry has updated their Domestic Violence Bulletin & Sexual Assault Victims’ Leave Bulletin. The updated notice reflects a new law requiring Nevada employers to provide leave to employees who are victims of sexual assault or whose family or household members are victims of sexual assault. The poster revision date is January 18, 2024 MANDATORY
The Nevada Department of Business & Industry has updated their Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) notice. The updated notice reflects a change to the eligible training provider link. The poster revision date is January 18, 2024 MANDATORY
The State of Nevada Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects the renaming of claim centers from the Nevada JobConnect Career Center to the Nevada EmployNV Career Hub. In addition, the web address for reporting suspected fraud was updated. The poster revision date is January 18, 2024. MANDATORY
The Domestic Violence Bulletin has undergone several revisions and has been renamed as the Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Victims’ Leave Bulletin. This revised notice now extends rights not only to domestic violence victims but also to individuals who have experienced sexual assault. MANDATORY
The Nevada Unemployment Insurance Notice has been updated to include new links and additional information. MANDATORY
New Jersey New Jersey has updated its SAFE Act posting with an expansion of its covered reasons to take leave. MANDATORY
New York New York has updated its Miscellaneous Industry Minimum Wage Information posting in English and Spanish, Farm Workers Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish, Hospitality Industry Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish, Building Services Industry Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish, Apparel Industry Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish and Home Care Aide Employees Minimum Wage posting with new minimum wage rates. MANDATORY
South Carolina South Carolina has updated its Employment Discrimination posting in English and Spanish with a new URL and added a Discrimination posting to its offering. MANDATORY
Texas The Texas Workforce Commission has released their Workplace Violence notice. The newly released notice reflects that employees may anonymously report workplace violence or suspicious activities to the Department of Public Safety. Employers are required to post the notice in English and Spanish in a conspicuous, convenient place. The poster revision date is January 18, 2024. MANDATORY
Utah The Utah Labor Commission has updated their Occupational Safety and Health notice. The updated notice reflects that employers and employees may also file a complaint about the state program administration with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The poster revision date is February 2, 2024. MANDATORY
Washington State The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their “Your Rights as a Worker” notice. The updated notice reflects new web address changes for employees to obtain more information on various employment laws. In addition, a QR code was added so employees can request more information or assistance. The poster revision date is January 19, 2024. MANDATORY
Wisconsin Wisconsin has updated its UI Benefits, Notice to Employees About Claiming posting with changes to its unemployment application requirements. MANDATORY

Cook County, Illinois Cook County, IL, has added a Cook County Paid Leave posting in English and Spanish to its offering. MANDATORY

San Francisco, CA San Francisco, CA, has updated its San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance posting with new required rates. MANDATORY
