 MichiganHas revised the 2024 Minimum Wage & Discrimination Notices which become effective on January 1, 2024. These changes include a minimum wage increase from $10.10 to $10.33 per hour, an increase in the tipped wage, and the addition of new protected categories in the Discrimination Notice.MANDATORY
 MassachusettsHas released a revised Paid Family and Medical Leave Notice which becomes effective January 1, 2024. Changes include that to fund PFML benefits, employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.46% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings. A covered individual’s average weekly earnings will determine his or her benefit amount, for a maximum weekly benefit of up to $1,149.90.MANDATORY
 WyomingThe Wyoming Department of Workforce Services has updated their Workers’ Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects information on how employees can obtain a Wyoming Report of Injury form in the event of a work-related injury. The poster revision date is November 14, 2023.MANDATORY
 WyomingThe Wyoming Department of Workforce Services has updated their Health and Safety Protection on the Job notice. The updated notice reflects new penalty information. The poster revision date is November 14, 2023.MANDATORY
 Washington State  The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $16.28/hour, effective January 1, 2024. The poster revision date is December 4, 2023.MANDATORY
 The Washington State Employment Security Department has updated their Paid Family and Medical Leave notice. The updated notice reflects that the maximum amount allowed for weekly benefits has increased from $1,427.00 to $1,456.00. In addition, the total employee contribution rate decreased from 0.8% to 0.74%. The poster revision date is December 4, 2023.MANDATORY
 Washington D.C.The District of Columbia has revised its Paid Family Leave notice to reflect a higher 2024 maximum weekly benefit of $1,118, up from the previous maximum of $1,049. The poster revision date is November 17, 2023.MANDATORY
