Massachusetts | Has released a revised Paid Family and Medical Leave Notice which becomes effective January 1, 2024. Changes include that to fund PFML benefits, employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.46% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings. The updated notice reflects that the maximum amount allowed for weekly benefits has increased from $1,427.00 to $1,456.00.
