As an update to our previous communication (Link), we wanted to inform employers that the Hawaii trio of Pay Equity (1. Equal pay across protected categories, 2. Equal pay standard for substantially similar work and 3. Posting for hourly rate or salary for employers with 50 or more workers) will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
