Announcing: Upcoming HRP Web Improvements

In anticipation of the upcoming improvements to HRP Web, we would like to take a moment to highlight a few of the new features you will see, while maintaining the same user friendly functionality.

A New Look and Feel
Based on customer feedback, the HRP Web user interface has a new look and feel that is more in line with today’s trends. In addition, it includes a new menu designed for ease of use and better navigation, making the site easier to read and understand.

Improved Timesheet Entry
The process for entering time and submitting batches will remain the same, however HRP Web has reorganized some of the buttons to improve the page flow. Please note, the final, “Submit Batch” step is now found in the upper right hand corner of the page.

A New Hire Wizard
The “New Hire Onboard” menu has been redesigned as an easy to use “wizard” to help facilitate the new hire entry process for worksite managers. The wizard streamlines and improves the onboarding process by collecting necessary information required to process payroll for the employee. The page number at the top of the screen lets you know where you are in the process and navigation buttons at the bottom of the page allows you to move back and forth as needed. Please note, the red asterisk indicates required information and drop down options provide quick, easy entry.

New mvQuery Report Format
Based on customer feedback, you will see continuous improvements to the layout and usability of commonly requested reports. Some of the report formats that have been improved include:

  • Client Check Register Report
  • Deduction Code Summary Report
  • Labor Distribution by Department Report
  • Labor Summary by Department Report
  • Batch Register Report
