Harbor America is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). A PEO provides small and mid-sized businesses with client, employee, and back office services that are critical to the success of every business.
When a company works with a PEO, the PEO becomes the employer of record for tax purposes. Under a contract called a Client Services Agreement (CSA), all benefits, worker’s compensation insurance, taxes, and payroll are handled through the PEOs FEIN.
