D.C. | The District of Columbia has released revised and required labor law notice. The Paid Family Leave Notice has been updated with increased maximum benefit amounts to $1,153. |
D.C: | The District of Columbia has released revised and required labor law notice. The Protecting Pregnant Workers Fairness Act Notice has been updated in several ways including an agency correction regarding space for breastfeeding and the addition of a phone number for questions. |
Kentucky | Kentucky has updated its Equal Employment Opportunity posting in English and Spanish with changes to its pregnancy information. |
Louisiana | The Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs has released their new Veterans’ Benefits notice. The new law requires employers with 50+ employees to post a notice of veterans’ rights, benefits, and services available to veterans. The poster revision date is November 27, 2024. |
Maine | Maine Minimum Wage Notice: Effective January 1, 2025, the state minimum wage will increase to $14.65 per hour, and a revised notice reflecting this change has been released. |
Maine | Maine Paid Family and Medical Leave Notice: This new notice provides detailed information about employee benefits, reasons for leave, types of leave, eligibility requirements, and payroll deductions. It is also offered in Spanish. |
Maryland | Maryland has issued an updated OSHA Job Safety and Health Notice, which includes revisions to the Proposed Penalty section featuring increased penalties and updated formatting for improved clarity. Additionally, the poster reflects that beginning January 1, 2025, the Commissioner of Labor will adjust the maximum and minimum willful civil penalties for Maryland OSHA violations annually. |
Massachusetts | Starting January 1, 2025, the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Notice has been updated to reflect new maximum benefit amounts. It is also available in English and Spanish. |
