We wanted to remind employers that starting January 1, 2024, employers in certain “high hazard” industries with 100 or more workers in an establishment during the previous calendar year to submit electronically annual reports to OSHA.
These industries include but are not limited to agriculture, manufacturing, grocers, construction, transportation, warehousing and storage, and retail.
As a reminder, Form 300 and 301 must be filed:
- Form 300 refers to the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses.
- Form 301 refers to the Injury and Illness Incident Report.
