Arizona The Arizona Industrial Commission has updated its Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $14.70/hour, effective January 1, 2025. The poster revision date is November 4, 2024.
CaliforniaCalifornia has added a Health Care Employees Minimum Wage posting to its offering.
FloridaFlorida has updated its Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate.
Kansas The Kansas Department of Labor has updated its Human Trafficking notice. The updated notice reflects additional ways to report human trafficking, including a phone number, text number, live chat website address, and QR code. In addition, the updated notice includes examples of suspicious activity. The poster revision date is October 16, 2024
Kansas The Kansas Department of Labor has updated its Child Labor Law notice. The updated notice reflects additional information regarding hazardous occupations for minors and a link to the U.S. Department of Labor website. In addition, the updated notice has been reformatted with simplified language that makes it easier to understand the requirements of the law. The poster revision date is October 16, 2024.
KansasThe Kansas Department of Labor has updated its Workers’ Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects a new web address for the Kansas Department of Labor. The poster revision date is October 16, 2024.
MaineMaine has updated its Minimum Wage posting with a new minimum wage rate and added a Paid Family and Medical Leave posting to its offering.
Minnesota The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated its Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $11.13/hour, and an adjustment of the state training wage to $9.08/hour. In addition, new QR codes have been added for more information about the Sick and Safe Time and Wage Theft laws. The poster revision date is November 1, 2024.
Minnesota The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated its Employer-sponsored Meetings or Communications notice. The updated notice reflects that the law regulates when an employer may discipline or fire an employee who declines to attend meetings about religious or political matters and provides additional information regarding remedies under the law. The poster revision date is November 1, 2024.
Montana The Montana Department of Labor and Industry has updated its Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $10.55/hour, effective January 1, 2025. The poster revision date is November 1, 2024 and is available in English and Spanish.
Nebraska The Nebraska Department of Labor has updated its Equal Opportunity Commission notice. The updated notice reflects that unlawful employment practices can include discrimination in areas such as reasonable accommodations, and clarifies that the Equal Pay Act of Nebraska applies to all employers with two or more employees. In addition, the addresses for the Lincoln and Scottsbluff Equal Opportunity Commission offices were updated. The poster revision date is October 30, 2024.
Nevada The Nevada Department of Business and Industry has updated its Workers’ Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects an address change to the Las Vegas Workers’ Compensation office. The poster revision date is October 24, 2024.
Nevada The Nevada Department of Business and Industry has updated its Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) notice. The notice has been republished to fulfill the DETR’s October 1, 2024, required reporting. In addition, links have been updated for Vocational Rehabilitation and Online Learning Resources. The poster revision date is October 24, 2024.
New Jersey New Jersey has added the following wage orders to its offering: WO 1 Employment in the First Processing of Farm Product Occupations, WO 2 Governing Employment in Seasonal Amusement Occupations in English and Spanish, WO 3 Governing Employment in Hotel and Motel Occupations, WO 11 Mercantile Occupation, WO 12 Beauty Culture Occupations, WO 13 Laundy, Cleaning, and Dyeing Occupations, and Supplement for Food Service and Hotel and Motel Occupations Regulations.
Ohio The Ohio Department of Commerce has updated its Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $10.70/hour for non-tipped employees and $5.35/hour for tipped employees, effective January 1, 2025. The poster revision date is November 1, 2024.
South Dakota The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation has updated its Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $11.50/hour, effective January 1, 2025. The poster revision date is November 1, 2024, in English and Spanish.
TennesseeTennessee has updated its Unemployment Insurance posting with changes to its weekly requirements.
