The below list may include updates to existing posters, additional postings that will be added to federal and state labor law posters, or new individual notices that may be required to be posted.

State Updated Posting Mandatory or Recommended
California California has updated its Notice to Employees – UI & DI & Paid Family Leave posting in English and Spanish with formatting and verbiage changes. In addition, California has updated its Minimum Wage posting in Spanish with a new minimum wage rate and its Wage Orders 1-17 in Spanish have been reactivated along with new minimum wage rates. MANDATORY

Kentucky Kentucky has updated its Safety & Health Protection on the Job posting with new contact information and agency name. MANDATORY
Maine The Maine Department of Labor has released its Veterans Benefits & Services notice. A new law requires employers to post a notice in the workplace containing information on the various benefits and services available to veterans. The poster revision date is April 26, 2024. MANDATORY
Nevada Nevada has updated its Workers’ Compensation posting with an expansion of its employee definition, its Daily Overtime Annual Bulletin posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate, and its Minimum Wage Annual Bulletin posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate. MANDATORY
New Mexico The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions has updated its Minimum Wage Act notice. The updated notice reflects minor corrections regarding local minimum wage rates. The poster revision date is May 8, 2024. MANDATORY
Pennsylvania The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission has updated its Fair Employment notice. The updated notice reflects a new zip code for the Harrisburg regional office and a new web address for consumers to obtain additional information. The poster revision date is May 7, 2024. MANDATORY
The Pennsylvania Department of Labor Industry has updated its Child Labor Law Act notice. The updated notice reflects a new phone number and web address to obtain additional information. The poster revision date is May 7, 2024. MANDATORY
Utah The Utah Labor Commission has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects new information on how to file for unemployment insurance benefits. The poster revision date is April 29, 2024. MANDATORY
Vermont The Vermont Department of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects a new name and phone number for the Vermont Career Resource Center. The poster revision date is May 3, 2024. MANDATORY
Washington D.C. The District of Columbia Department of Employment Services has released their Universal Wage Law notice. Employers are required to post this new notice in a conspicuous place accessible to all employees. The poster revision date is April 9, 2024. MANDATORY
The District of Columbia Board of Elections has updated its Time Off to Vote notice. The updated notice reflects employee rights regarding time off to vote in the 2024 Primary Election. The poster revision date is April 9, 2024. MANDATORY
City Updated Posting Mandatory or Recommended
Bloomington, MN Bloomington, MN, has updated its Bloomington Earned Sick and Safe Time posting with a change to its posting requirement to Require for All and a change to its name replacing Leave with Time. MANDATORY
Edgewater, CO Edgewater, CO, has added an Edgewater Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish to its offering. MANDATORY
Fremont, CA Fremont, CA, has updated its Fremont Minimum Wage posting in English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Tagalog, and Vietnamese with a new minimum wage rate. MANDATORY
Los Angeles, CA Los Angeles, CA, has updated its Los Angeles Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate.   MANDATORY
Malibu, CA Malibu, CA, has updated its Malibu Minimum Wage posting with a new minimum wage rate and added a Malibu Minimum Wage posting in Spanish to its offering. MANDATORY
St. Paul, MN St. Paul, MN, has updated its St. Paul Minimum Wage and Earned Sick and Safe Time posting in English and Spanish with the removal of daycare provisions. MANDATORY
West Hollywood, CA West Hollywood, CA, has updated its West Hollywood Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish with a change to its minimum wage expiration date from 6/30/2024 to 12/31/2024. MANDATORY
