We wanted to inform employers that the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) issued the final Reporting Rule. These regulations are part of the implementation of the CTA.
This rule is applicable to certain entities that must report two categories of individuals: the beneficial owners of the entity, and individuals who have filed an application with specified governmental authorities to create the entity or register it to do business.
