- The opening date for the Employer Information report Component 1 will be April 30, 2024.
- The deadline to file the Employer Information report Component 1 will be June 4, 2024.

Information regarding any updates about the 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection, including the 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 Instruction Booklet and the 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 Data File Upload Specifications, will be posted to EEO-1 as they become available.
The EEOC anticipates posting the 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 Instruction Booklet and the Data File Upload Specifications by Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
