Keep Form 300a Records AFTER Posting Period

We wanted to remind employers that Cal/OSHA Annual Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses Form 300a must be kept for 5 years following the end of the calendar year these records cover.

Previous forms, up to 2018, can be discarded, although it is recommended to discard them up to 2017.

The same obligation must be done for their 2023 Form 300, and Form 301 (including Form 300a).
